Professional Assembly Requirement

To ensure rider safety and proper operation of the motorcycle, all SRPNT and Shadow E-Moto models must be assembled and inspected by a certified professional technician for the warranty to be valid.

This applies to all purchases, including:

  • Bikes shipped directly to customers

  • Bikes picked up from dealers

  • Bikes purchased during promotions or pre-order programs

What “Professional Assembly” Means

A valid warranty requires the motorcycle to be assembled and checked by one of the following:

  • A licensed motorcycle technician

  • A certified e-moto or powersports mechanic

  • A Throne/SRPNT/Strike authorized dealer or service center

  • A reputable bike shop with certified mechanics trained in e-moto systems

Proof of Professional Assembly (Required for Claims)

Customers must retain one of the following:

  • A dated assembly invoice

  • A work order from the technician or shop

  • A dealer build sheet confirming proper setup and inspection

Failure to provide proof of professional assembly voids the warranty.

Why This Is Required

SRPNT and Shadow e-moto models contain:

  • High-output controllers

  • High-voltage battery systems

  • Precision torque hardware

  • Critical suspension and braking components

Incorrect assembly can cause:

  • Premature part failure

  • Safety hazards

  • Electrical issues due to improper grounding or loose terminals

  • Voided warranty from component manufacturers

For rider safety and product longevity, self-assembly is not permitted unless performed by a professional technician.
