Changes to Your Order
The term “Bike” refers to all bicycles and e-bikes sold by ThroneCycles.com, SRPNTMoto.com, and StrikeCycles.com.
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to items on the order, the payment method, or the shipping/billing address.
Important Cancellation Policy
To cancel any order, customers must call Throne Cycles directly at (626) 455-0003. Cancellation requests submitted via email, contact forms, social media messages, text messages, or voicemail are not considered valid and will not prevent an order from processing or shipping.
The effective time for a cancellation request is when the customer speaks directly with a Throne Cycles representative during normal business hours. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their cancellation request is received and confirmed by phone.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to the terms below.
Bike Order Cancellations
Bike order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed by calling (626) 455-0003. Email cancellation requests are not accepted.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, please contact our Customer Support team by phone for further assistance. For orders that have already shipped, we can attempt to recall your order or you may refuse the shipment at delivery; however, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Accessory, Merchandise, and Parts Cancellations
Accessory, merchandise, and parts order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by calling (626) 455-0003. Email cancellation requests are not accepted.
Due to our quick warehouse processing, we are generally unable to cancel accessory, merchandise, or parts orders after 24 hours.
Preorders and Backorders
To request cancellation of a preorder or backorder, customers must contact Throne Cycles directly at (626) 455-0003. Email cancellation requests are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for obtaining a cancellation confirmation number or email confirmation from Throne Cycles. If a customer does not receive confirmation that the order has been canceled, the order will be considered active and subject to all applicable cancellation, return, and restocking policies.
